As demand for our equipment continues to grow, we are expanding our production team and currently seeking experienced Welders (First Class) to join us.
About the Opportunities
We have multiple full-time positions available for qualified and motivated individuals to work within our fabrication team . These roles involve high-quality welding and fabrication of components and assemblies used in our agricultural machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and work from engineering drawings and job cards
- Fabricate and weld components to a high standard of accuracy and finish
- Use workshop equipment and machinery safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the wider production team to meet targets and deadlines
- Maintain a clean and secure work environment
What You'll Bring
Essential:
- Proven experience in welding or metal fabrication (minimum 1 year)
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labour
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
Desirable:
- Relevant trade qualifications (e.g. Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication)
- Experience working in a manufacturing or agricultural equipment environment
- Working knowledge of hydraulics and mechanical drive systems
- Basic understanding of electrical components
- Forklift licence
What We Offer
- Salary range of $80,000 – $90,000 per annum , based on experience and skill level
