About the Role

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Stock Control Coordinator to join our team at Caroline Springs (CS) .

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily vehicle stock movements, including vehicle arrivals, transfers and allocations
- Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and update internal systems




- Monitor vehicle locations and stock status across the dealership
- Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical stock against system records
- Coordinate vehicle transfers between dealerships and other locations
- Work closely with Sales, Delivery, Logistics and other teams to ensure accurate stock information
- Track incoming and outgoing vehicles and follow up on any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate vehicle documentation and stock records
- Assist with general administration related to vehicle inventory and dealership operations

About You

- Previous experience in stock control, inventory administration or an automotive dealership is highly desirable
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Confident working with spreadsheets and computer systems
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
- A valid Australian driver's licence is preferred
