Barbell Foods is seeking an HR and Payroll Coordinator to own end-to-end payroll and HR administration for a fast-growing food manufacturing business. You will ensure accurate payroll processing, compliant Award interpretation, and robust HR records across Employment Hero and related systems.
You will report to the Head of HR and operate with no direct reports, supporting full-time, part time, and casual staff while upholding Fair Work requirements and a culture of accuracy and care.
