This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Disability Support Worker to provide high-intensity, individualised support to one participant.

About The Role Casual Level 3 Disability Support Worker:

n

We are seeking an energetic and physically active Disability Support Worker to join our team.

n

You will work autonomously with one participant, providing structured and individualised support. The role requires consistent adherence to the participant's support plans and protocols, including personal care, mealtime management and arts-based activities.

n

The participant's program includes extensive walking, so you must be able to meet the physical requirements of the role, including walking up to 10,000 steps during a shift.

n





We currently have one permanent part-time employees supporting the participant and are seeking a second team member. You will typically be rostered for one shift each week and may be offered additional shifts to cover planned and unplanned leave.

About You:

Is enthusiastic and passionate about supporting people with disability to achieve their goals

n

Can tailor their approach to the participant's individual needs and preferences

n

Is reliable, accountable and responsive

n

Is comfortable working autonomously and following detailed support plans and protocols

n

Can meet the physical requirements of the role, including walking up to 10,000 steps during a shift

n

Is available to provide backup support for both planned and unplanned leave

n
