Key Responsibilities:

- Client Onboarding: Lead the end-to-end client journey-from identity verification to seamless system setups.
n
- Workflow Coordination: Partner directly with Directors to schedule, track, and manage practice deadlines.
n
- Compliance Liaison:



Deal directly with the ATO and ASIC for tax processes, corporate compliance, and account lodgements.
n
- Tech Operations: Drive daily efficiency using cloud platforms including Xero, XPM, and modern document management systems.
n
- Practice Support: Work alongside an elite administrative team to keep practice operations running effortlessly.

- Public Practice Expertise: Solid administrative experience within an Australian public practice accounting firm.

- Software Mastery: Hands-on experience with Xero Practice Manager (XPM) and ATO/ASIC portals.
