Buller Ski Lifts is seeking an Acting Housekeeping Manager / Senior Supervisor to lead housekeeping operations at Mount Buller. This live-in, fixed-term role oversees up to 40 staff in winter and scales to a smaller team in summer, ensuring high standards and smooth guest turnover.
You’ll train, coach and coordinate with Front Office and hotel teams, while maintaining operational priorities and hands-on cleaning when needed. A solid leader with organisational flair is essential.
