Leading National Architecture Practice | Adelaide | Contract to End of Year

n

We're working with a leading national architecture practice that is looking for an Architectural Graduate with healthcare experience to join their Adelaide team on a contract basis from now through to the end of the year.

n

This role is particularly suited to someone who has experience working on healthcare projects and attending clinical user group meetings.

n

About the role

n

The key focus of this role will be attending user group meetings, capturing the information discussed and ensuring the project documentation reflects the outcomes.

n

You'll work alongside the main project lead and will be responsible for:

n

n
- Attending regular healthcare user group meetings
n
- Taking detailed minutes and capturing key requirements
n
- Reporting back to the project lead
n




- Updating drawings and documentation based on information gathered
n
- Following up on actions and project requirements
n
- Supporting the wider project team with coordination and documentation
n

n

About you

n

Healthcare experience is essential for this role, particularly experience working within a clinical or healthcare project environment.

n

We're looking for someone with:

n

n
- Architecture degree and Graduate-level experience
n
- Previous healthcare/clinical project experience
n
- Experience attending user group meetings is essential
n
- Strong minute-taking, reporting and communication skills
n
- Experience updating drawings based on stakeholder feedback
n
- Good Revit/documentation skills
n
- DruFUS experience is preferred, but not essential
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage information accurately
n
