About the role n

As an Accounts & Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business. This position is ideal for a candidate who enjoys working with numbers, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities n

n
- Processing accounts payable and receivable
n
- Conducting daily bank reconciliations and transaction monitoring
n
- Issuing invoices and managing debtor follow-ups
n
- Assisting with payroll, BAS preparation, and financial reporting
n
- Data entry, maintaining financial records, and managing internal finance systems
n
- Providing administrative support for finance, compliance, and operational projects
n

About you nn




- 1–3 years' experience in an accounts or finance-related role
n
- Proficiency with Xero, MYOB, or similar accounting software
n
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Intermediate to Advanced)
n
- High attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
n
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
n
- Accounting or finance qualifications (highly regarded)
n
