Retail Sales Person for Gold Buyers, a small family business providing simple and safe gold buying services within shopping centres throughout Queensland. As a member of the sales team, you will be trained in precious metals testing and work across the Sunshine Plaza and Kawana Shoppingworld locations on the Sunshine Coast.

Key responsibilities

- Provide effective and qualified customer service with excellent communication and personal presentation
- Manage cash handling and cashier duties
- Use standard and tailored computer programs
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Follow policies and procedures diligently
- Act as a self-starter sales assistant while working as part of a team
- Fill in for staff on sick leave and annual leave as needed

About you

- Excellent communication, customer service and personal presentation skills
- Cashier and money handling skills




- Demonstrated experience using standard and tailored computer programs
- Dependable and reliable
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated experience in being diligent in following policies and procedures
- Flexibility with schedules to work 3-4 days per week, including Saturdays
- Mature and responsible
- At least 2 professional referees who were your immediate supervisors or managers
- Right to work in Australia and willingness to undergo a police check

Our gold buying outlets are prominent in premium retail shopping centres. We are a small family business looking to extend our Sunshine Coast team of casual staff.
