You know how to run a consultation properly, read skin, ask the right questions, think

internally about what is actually going on, not just what you see on the surface, and land on

a treatment plan that actually makes sense for the person in front of you. What you are after

of rushing you through it.

What You Will Actually Be Doing

- Running proper, unrushed consultations and building treatment plans clients can actually follow
n
- Delivering both advanced treatments and beautiful, nurturing facials with massage that calm the nervous system as much as they correct the skin
n
- Retail and KPIs, in an environment that gives you the time and trust to do it well
n
- Building the kind of client relationships that lead to real transformations, the ones you are proud to talk about
n

Who We Would Love to Meet

n

n
- Diploma qualified Beauty or Dermal Therapist with real consultation and diagnosis experience
n
- Someone who wants to understand root cause, not just treat what is on the surface
n
- Confidence with treatment planning, retail and KPIs
n
- A genuine love of skin science and a desire to keep learning it
n
