Job Description

Australian Unity Home Health in Ballarat, Victoria, is seeking experienced Personal Care Workers to support older Australians at home with personal care, mobility assistance and domestic tasks. This permanent part time role offers paid leave entitlements, travel time between visits, a company phone, and comprehensive training.

You will provide personal care, domestic support and social companionship, helping clients maintain independence and wellbeing in their own homes.
