Become the driving force behind the success of our Red Dog Brewery/Riverfront bar in Mackay, Queensland. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our hospitality operations, from driving sales and managing inventory to leading and inspiring your team. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospitality qualified to make their mark in the vibrant hospitality industry.
What you'll be doing
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including cash handling and customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase customer satisfaction, and improve operational efficiency
- Oversee the receiving, stocking, and display of merchandise to ensure optimal inventory levels and product presentation
- Provide leadership, training, and development to your team of hospitality associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulations
What we’re looking for
- 3-5 years of experience in a hospitality management role
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Bar Experience and Barista in fast paced environment
- A passion for the craft beer industry and a commitment to upholding our brand values
