We also collaborate closely with our **Sunshine Coast Radiology** colleagues, providing services across both private clinics and hospitals. ******About the Role** We're looking for a friendly and motivated **Casual** **Medical Receptionist** to join our welcoming front desk teams at **Gladstone Hospital and our private clinic at Dawson Road.** As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in supporting patients accessing a full range of imaging services - from **X-ray, Ultrasound , CT to MRI and Interventional Procedures** Enjoy the flexibility of a casual position with varied **Monday to Friday shifts between 6:30am and 6:00pm**, with **no weekends**, making it easier to maintain a outstanding work-life balance. **A Day in the Life*** Greeting patients and creating a welcoming first impression* Managing bookings, billing, and payments (Medicare, health funds, EFTPOS)* Working closely with Medical/Surgical wards and our technical team* Inpatient procedure and CT Injection bookings* Coordinating with referrers and doctors for appointments and results* Attending staff meetings and ongoing training sessions* Maintaining compliance with workplace health & safety and company policies**** **About You**You'll thrive in this role if you have:* Previous experience in healthcare reception (Medical Imaging, Dental,
