We are a busy, quality-focused picture framing studio looking for an Experienced Picture Framer to join our team. We are seeking someone with a solid foundation in the craft—ideally at least 2 years of general picture framing experience. While expertise in complex memorabilia isn't required, you must be confident stepping straight onto the workshop bench.

This is a hands-on role where precision, efficiency, and pride in your work are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

- Cutting & Joining: Measuring, cutting, and joining mouldings.
- Mat Cutting & Assembly: Cutting mat boards, backings, glass, and acrylic with accuracy.




- Canvas and Needlework: Stretching and mounting canvases and various needlework as required.
- Fitting & Finishing: Mounting artwork, assembling and finishing frames to a high professional standard.
- Quality Control: Inspecting materials and completed work for flawless presentation.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience: Preferably 2+ years of general commercial or custom picture framing experience.
- Technical Skills: Confident operating standard workshop equipment, underpinners, and manual or computerised mat cutters.
- Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for alignment, cleanliness, and accuracy.
- Reliability: A punctual team player who can manage their time efficiently within a busy workshop.
