Manning Hospital is seeking a Locum ED SRMO to support Emergency Department coverage within Hunter Recent England LHD.

This role is suited to a doctor with recent Emergency Medicine experience who is confident assessing ED presentations, supporting patient flow, completing clinical documentation and escalating concerns appropriately when required.

Clinical Environment

- Emergency Department SRMO role

- Hospital-based locum position at Manning Hospital

- Short afternoon/evening block available

- Supportive ED team environment with escalation pathways available

- Suitable for doctors with recent ED experience

Key Duties

n

n
- Assess and manage ED presentations
n
- Support treatment planning and patient flow
n
- Complete clinical documentation and handover
n
- Escalate clinical concerns appropriately
n
- Work collaboratively with nursing and medical teams
n

n

Eligibility Criteria

n

n
- Current AHPRA Registration
n
- Recent Emergency Medicine experience at SRMO level
n




- Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
n
- Ability to work safely within scope and elevate appropriately
n
- Current CV, references and compliance documents as required
n
