Day Shift Mixer: 6am - 2pm, Mon to Fri

Day Shift Packing: 9:30am - 5:30pm, Mon to Fri

n

Afternoon Shift Mixer: 2pm - 10pm, Mon to Fri

n

Afternoon Shift Packing: 12:30pm - 8:30pm , Mon to Fri

n

Night Shift (6pm-6am rotating roster)

The Role

n

Grow your career with our expanding industry leading business! Join our Production team as a Line Operator. Reporting to the Shift Production Manager this role involves:

n

Work in a state-of-the-art bakery continuous production environment

n

Monitoring the production line and machines

n

Identifying and resolving production issues

n

Mixing experience essential for mixing roles

n

Liaising with maintenance to resolve complex issues

n





Undertaking thorough cleaning of the line between lines and throughout shift

n

Packing products as required (this includes cold environments)

n

Cleaning the production line and surroundings

n

Operating a forklift to move product and ingredients into and out of production

n

Actively participating in team goals and assist colleagues when needed to ensure production requirements are met.

n

Ensuring all targets are met efficiently and in accordance with business needs

n

Strictly adhering to allergen management, cross-contamination prevention, foreign object control and Critical Control Point (CCP) processes

n

What you Bring:

n

Previous experience as a line operator in a fast-paced FMCG environment preferred

n

Forklift licence essential for Night Shift role

n

Ability to work independently and take initiative

n

Willing and able to support other team members with their tasks and upskilling

n

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

n

Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills

n

Robust work ethic and a positive attitude

n

Ability to be flexible under changing environment and workloads

n

Ability and willingness to learn multiple processes

n

Initiative and question when in doubt

n

Physically fit - able to lift up to 20-25kgs

n
