The opportunity is a 12-month contract within our established Project Delivery team, with the possibility of extension. Supporting an expanding portfolio of works across BlueCare and broader UnitingCare services, it's a great opportunity for someone with solid project management experience who is ready to make a meaningful contribution in a complex, live operating environment.

As an owner-operator, how we connect with our customers and stakeholders is critical to success. In this role, you'll work closely with operational teams, clinicians, staff, residents,



customers and partners to understand their needs, communicate clearly through the project lifecycle and translate requirements into practical, well-delivered outcomes.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you'll manage a broad range of capital projects from concept through to completion, including upcoming residential aged care refurbishments, sustainability and demolition projects, upgrades, and larger development works such as the Pinangba Cairns project. With approved refurbishments valued at approximately $7-10 million each and larger developments around $40 million, this role offers variety, complexity and the chance to deliver projects that genuinely support people in need.

Please note, this position is a 12-month contract with the possibility to extend. Flexibility is important to us, and we know it is to you, too - this role supports hybrid working by agreement.
