The role

Leads cost management services to successfully deliver projects, driving strategic outcomes through effective leadership, team development and operational excellence. Provides direction to large teams, ensuring high performance, collaboration and delivery aligned with business objectives and client requirements.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Lead packaging and procurement activities, ensuring secure, compliant and efficient delivery aligned with project objectives.
- Manage contracts, warranties, bonds and licences to support successful project execution.
- Monitor procurement and design changes, identifying cost impacts and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
- Drive fiscal responsibility, ethical practices and compliance with business and legislative requirements.
- Champion sustainability goals, supporting net zero carbon outcomes across procurement activities.
- Develop high-performing teams through coaching, continuous improvement and sharing best practice.

You’ll need to have:

- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Cost Management or equivalent professional qualification.
- Experience in commercial management, cost control and contract administration.




- Knowledge of contract forms, value engineering, lifecycle costing and construction frameworks.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and digital capability with a sustainability focus.
