About the Role

As an team member at Cloudberry , you'll play a meaningful role in supporting children's learning, wellbeing, and sense of belonging.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Planning and implementing engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences ( for Room leaders and Lead Educators )
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Creating and maintaining a secure, clean, and welcoming environment
- Observing and documenting children's learning and development
- Working collaboratively within a supportive team

Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who is gentle, nurturing, and passionate about early childhood education, with:

- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS
- At least 2 years experience a an educator
- Have excellent communication skills and ability to relate effectively to children, staff, parents and community members.
- Australian work authorisation required
- Current Working with Children Check required
