Marketing Brand Specialist - Food & FMCG

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Marketing Brand Specialist to join a leading Australian consumer organisation within its Own Brand team.
n You'll support the development and performance of well-known food brands, using customer insights and commercial data to strengthen brand positioning, guide product development and drive growth. This role offers end-to-end exposure across brand strategy, packaging, innovation and new product development.

What you'll be doing

- Develop and deliver brand strategies and plans across a portfolio of food products
n
- Use customer, market and performance insights to identify opportunities and recommend actions
n
- Partner with product and category teams to embed brand guidelines across products and packaging
n
- Work closely with creative teams to maintain a consistent and compelling brand identity
n
- Support food innovation, product launches and recent product development initiatives
n




- Contribute to annual category planning and key customer campaigns
n
- Manage multiple projects and influence stakeholders across the organisation
n

What we're looking for

n

n
- Approximately 3-5 years' experience in brand marketing or brand management
n
- Demonstrated experience working with food products is essential
n
- Experience within FMCG, supermarkets, food manufacturing or consumer-led retail
n
- A strong understanding of brand planning, product launches, packaging and innovation
n
- The ability to interpret customer insights and commercial data and turn them into practical actions
n
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
n
- Excellent project management, organisation and prioritisation capabilities
n
- A proactive approach and the ability to work confidently and autonomously
n
