About The Opportunity

n

The primary purpose of this position is to step up and lead on-site, keeping electrical projects running smoothly from rough-in through to final completion. Some of your responsibilities will include:

n

- Performing hands-on labour, working alongside other trades, and coordinating materials and workflow on-site
n
- Maintaining timelines, quality control, and overall site organisation
n
- Mentoring and supporting apprentices and junior electricians
n
- Executing hands-on electrical work across residential projects
n
- Liaising professionally with builders, clients, and suppliers
n




- Travelling to work away when required by the job
n

n

About You

n

The successful candidate will have:

n

n
- Minimum 5+ years of post-trade experience in residential electrical work
n
- White Card and Full Driver's Licence
n
- Own tools and professional presentation
n
- Good understanding of AS/NZS 3000 standards
n
- The confidence to step up, lead by example, and genuinely play as part of a team
n
- NSW Electrical Licence highly regarded — not essential, as international licences will be considered
n
