No two days are the same. One day you're on a detailed architectural home, the next you're running drainage or operating machinery. It keeps things interesting.

About the role

n

You'll lead jobs from start to finish, work independently, and mentor apprentices along the way. We want someone who can take ownership, read plans confidently, and deliver quality outcomes on time and on budget.

n

You'll also get hands‐on with some of the best gear in the trade — excavators, heavy vehicles, high‐pressure jetters and more — with plenty of opportunity to grow your skillset.

What you'll bring

- Fully qualified & licensed plumber
n
- Ability to work independently and lead jobs
n
- Confident reading and interpreting plans
n
- Experience managing and delegating to apprentices
n
- High‐quality workmanship and attention to detail, on time and within budget
n
- Strong work ethic - we work hard and expect you to as well
n
- Reliable, enthusiastic and team‐minded
n
- Willingness to keep learning and improving
n
- Ability to complete thorough job notes & weekly timesheets
n
- Simpro or job management software experience preferred
n
