Key responsibilities

- Filming and editing short-form content (Reels/TikTok-style) natively on phone, in collaboration with our GM and consultants
- Helping execute a structured weekly content rhythm; Monday ideation through to Friday trial reels
- Capturing authentic candidate and consultant stories (doctors, GPs, nurses) across both brand identities
- Managing the organic content calendar and posting schedule across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Repurposing and adapting content for paid campaigns, working alongside our external media/agency partner
- Tracking basic organic performance metrics (follower growth, engagement, link taps) and feeding learnings back into the content plan
- Keeping content accurate and compliant on sensitive topics (e.g. registration and visa pathways), working with internal sign-off

About you

- A genuine interest in people and storytelling; this role lives or dies on authentic content, not polished corporate messaging
- Comfortable being in front of and behind the camera; this role regularly involves appearing on camera as part of content creation, so please only apply if you're genuinely willing to do this
- Strong communication skills and comfort interviewing/filming colleagues and candidates
- 2-3+ years' hands-on experience running social media/content for a brand, agency or small business
- A strong portfolio or examples of organic content you've created and grown; not just paid ad management




- Confident shooting and editing content natively (CapCut, native app editing); no need for high-end production experience
- Comfortable in Canva for simple graphics and Meta Business Suite for scheduling and publishing across two brand accounts
- Able to work autonomously, manage a content calendar, and collaborate with subject-matter people who aren't marketers

Both are to be grounded in authentic candidate stories rather than sales-driven recruitment content. Think of it less as "recruitment marketing" and more as building a media company for healthcare careers.
