Jabba Restaurants Pty Ltd is a McDonalds franchisee. Given the needs of the business, we now require a Store Manager to join our busy team. The successful candidate will be required to work out of our premises in Kirrawee NSW.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory management including overseeing stock levels, ordering merchandise and goods.
- Preparing and managing budgets, tracking expenses and liaising with senior management re. financial goals of the business.
- Providing excellent customer service including tending to customer inquiries and complaints.
- Maintaining store presentation.
- Ensuring the business complies with relevant laws, including Workplace Health and Safety policies.
- Selecting, training and supervision / upskilling of staff.

Skill & Experience

- Associate-Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and one (1) year full time relevant work experience; OR
- Three (3) years of full-time work experience.

A base salary of $80,000.00 per annum (plus superannuation) will be offered to the successful candidate.

The successful candidate must also be passionate, proactive and have an eye for detail.
