Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced Long Service Leave Specialist to take national ownership of one of the most complex payroll entitlements across our organisation.

This is a unique opportunity to combinedeep technical expertise in long service leavewith transformation, systems, governance and remediation capability. You will design and implement a single national operating model that is accurate, consistent, configured, auditable and fit for the future.

About the role

Reporting to theManager – Payroll Governance, you will sit within the Payroll Governance function and have national design authority for long service leave.

You will be thetechnical authority and final escalation pointfor long service leave, providing clarity across legislation, awards, enterprise agreements, employment contracts and the National Employment Standards.

A key focus will be moving long service leave away from manual, case-by-case interpretation towards astandardised and system-enabled operating model, supported by robust controls, clear processes and robust evidence.

You will lead the end-to-end transformation, including:





- Designing and implementing a single national long service leave operating model
- Reviewing the current state, identifying root causes and defining the target state
- Establishing clear processes, decision rights, escalation pathways and controls across Payroll, Governance and Systems
- Translating legislative and industrial requirements into system configuration and business requirements
- Working acrossChris21, UKG and Workdayto improve configuration, testing and automation
- Supporting Finance with provisioning, forecasting and actuarial valuation requirements
- Partnering with Employee Relations, Legal, Finance, Technology, Audit and Compliance on complex and sensitive matters
- Building capability across Payroll through training, procedures, coaching and knowledge transfer

You will also lead complex reviews and escalated cases, including terminations, redundancies, deceased estates, disputed service histories and matters with potential regulatory or legal exposure.
