Aruma in Queensland is seeking a dedicated Support Worker for Children's Services to help young people aged 5–18 who have experienced trauma, loss and disruption. You will contribute to protected, nurturing homes and support schooling, life skills and social activities.

You'll build trust, advocate for rights and work with families and therapeutic professionals, in a 24/7 residential care setting. The role offers growth opportunities, training and a supportive team culture.
