At Hasfarm Australia, we're one of the largest fresh flower and potted plant businesses in the Asia-Pacific region, supplying some of Australia's biggest retailers. We're looking for a creative and highly organised Product Coordinator to lead development & execution of existing & new product ranges at our site in Derrimut. This chance may suit candidates with experience in product coordination, floristry, floral design, horticulture or floriculture who are looking to build a career within the floral industry.

This role plays a vital part in the product operational process, working closely with the Sales and Procurement departments, guiding the site’s Supervisors, Team Leaders & general staff to ensure that products are designed & produced to specification, within budget, and to the highest standard.

As primarily an on-the-floor role, you’ll act as the key coordinator within warehouse operations on raw floral product use to ensure best quality finished product standards are achieved & maintained.

What you’ll be doing

- Assist in developing & executing floral ranges across multiple brands and customers.
- Work closely with Sales, Procurement and Operations teams to deliver commercially successful products.
- Monitor trends and help create fresh, exciting product offers.
- Coordinate product samples, photography and promotional materials.
- Create & maintain product specifications, costings and assembly instructions.
- Support merchandising initiatives, range presentations and special events.
- Assist with product training and new product rollouts.

What you’ll bring

- Experience in a Product Coordinator, Marketing, Merchandising ,Floristry or similar role.
- Strong administrative and project coordination skills.
- Experience in a production, FMCG, wholesale, retail, floristry or horticulture environment is highly regarded.
- Floral, nursery or fresh produce experience is a bonus but not essential.
- Relevant qualifications or studies in Floristry, Floriculture, Horticulture, Marketing or Product Development will be highly regarded.
- Recent graduates and students looking to grow their career in the floral industry are encouraged to apply.
