ASAP Labour Hire is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior 360 Recruitment Consultant with a strong sales mindset, proven business development capability and solid labour hire knowledge.

This is a genuine 360 recruitment role with the opportunity to build your own desk, develop your own market and play a direct role in growing the business.

We’re not looking for someone who simply wants to manage job orders.

We want someone who wants to win business.

About the role

You'll have the autonomy to identify opportunities, develop new clients and build your desk around the industries and markets you know best.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Current business development and lead generation

- Cold calling and outbound sales

- Prospecting and identifying new clients

- Building relationships with decision-makers

- Attending client meetings across Melbourne

- Winning new labour hire and recruitment accounts

- Growing existing client relationships

- Identifying new markets and service opportunities

- Taking job briefs and delivering quality candidates

- Candidate sourcing, screening and interviewing

- Building candidate talent pools

- Managing the full 360 recruitment process

- Negotiating rates and terms

- Managing placements and ongoing client relationships

- Growing your billings, desk and earning potential

- Maintaining accurate CRM and compliance records

What we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced 360 recruiter who enjoys sales and business development.

You will have:

- Proven 360 recruitment experience

- A strong track record in business development and new client acquisition

- Excellent sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills

- Solid knowledge of Victorian labour hire legislation and compliance





- Experience working within labour hire compliance requirements

- Strong candidate sourcing and recruitment skills

- The ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle

- Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset

- The confidence to cold call, network and meet clients

- The ability to work autonomously and manage your own desk

- Excellent communication and organisation skills

- A current driver's licence and ability to attend client meetings

Experience across labour hire, construction, trades, manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, industrial or 3PL recruitment will be highly regarded.
