Business Development Manager – Industrial Labour Hire

Breeze Groupis a growing labour-hire and recruitmentbusiness based in Melbourne, with head office in Ravenhall, supplying reliable blue-collar workers acrosswarehousing, 3PL and manufacturing.

We're looking for aBusiness Development Managerto help grow our client base across Melbourne,predominantly in theWestern and Northern Suburbs.

n

This is afield-based sales role, with approximately90% of your time spent on the roadmeeting businesses, developing relationships and creating new opportunities.

n

The Role

n

Your focus will be straightforward:win new clients and grow the business.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Prospecting for new B2B clients
n
- Visiting warehouses, factories, 3PLs and other industrial businesses
n
- Conducting face-to-face sales meetings
n
- Speaking with business owners and key decision-makers
n
- Understanding workforce requirements and identifying opportunities
n
- Making outbound calls and following up prospects
n
- Building and managing your sales pipeline
n
- Converting prospects into new client accounts
n
- Developing long-term client relationships
n
- Growing existing accounts where opportunities arise
n
- Recording visits and follow-ups using our internal systems
n

n

You'll have a high level of autonomy and be trusted to manage your day to day and create your own opportunities.

n

Who We're Looking For

n





We're particularly interested inexperienced B2B salespeople and Business Development Managers.

n

Experience in labour hire, recruitment, logistics, warehousing, 3PL or manufacturing is highly regarded, but not essential.

n

We're also open to a strong junior salesperson with the right attitude and potential.

n

You'll ideally be:

What We Offer

90% Road-Based
n This is not a desk-bound sales role. Most of your time will be spent visiting businesses and developing opportunities face-to-face.

Company Vehicle
n A company vehicle may be available to the right person, particularly an experienced salesperson who demonstrates the ability to deliver results.

Technology & Support
n Our internal systems help you record businesses visited, track prospects and manage follow-ups. We are open to acquiring new technology where required.

Working Hours

n

9am to 5pm

n

You'll also have access to Breeze Group's existingindustry knowledge, operational capability and recruitment infrastructure.

Our head office is inRavenhall, with a strong focus on Melbourne's Western Suburbs.

We also have an office in theNorthern Suburbs.

The role will involve regular travel throughout Melbourne
