A well-established high-end residential builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver architecturally designed custom homes across Melbourne's Inner Eastern suburbs. This is an opportunity to join a quality-driven builder with a strong and secure pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage projects from slab through to handover
n
- Coordinate structural, services and finishing trades
n
- Prepare and manage weekly construction programmes
n
- Lead trades on site and drive build momentum
n
- Attend weekly site meetings and reporting
n
- Maintain site safety, toolbox talks and OH&S; compliance
n
- Deliver projects on time, on budget and to a high standard
n

Skills & Experience

n

n
- Trade qualified (Carpentry essential)
n




- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Supervisor for a head contractor, ideally in custom homes.
n
- Solid understanding of residential construction and safety systems
n
- Ability to lead, problem-solve and keep programmes on track
n
- Strong communication skills and a qualified approach on site
n
