ACM Healthcare is partnering with a leading Victorian specialist mental health service to recruit two Principal Psychologists into newly created senior leadership roles. This is a rare prospect to shape clinical practice, lead psychology teams and influence the future direction of specialist mental health services.
About the role
Provide clinical and operational leadership across psychology services. Deliver advanced assessment, formulation and intervention for complex and high-risk presentations. Provide supervision, consultation and mentoring to psychologists and students. Lead therapeutic programs, service improvement and clinical governance initiatives. Support multidisciplinary teams and strengthen integrated, recovery-oriented care.

About you
- General registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA
- Master's or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, Forensic Psychology or Clinical Neuropsychology from an APAC-accredited program
- Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical, Forensic or Neuropsychology, or eligibility to obtain endorsement
- Minimum 10 years' post-qualification clinical/forensic experience as a registered psychologist
- Board Approved Supervisor status
- Demonstrated leadership, supervision and experience with complex mental health presentations
- Qualification allowances for Master's and Doctorate-level qualifications
- Salary packaging up to $9,010 for living expenses + $2,650 meal allowance per year
