Pepper Money is seeking a skilled Asset Finance collections specialist to bolster our arrears management and customer outcomes. You will handle high-volume portfolios, negotiate arrangements, and work closely with the Customer Assist & Solutions teams to drive a positive customer experience.
Preference for experience in Asset Finance, motor vehicle lending or related consumer lending, with solid knowledge of NCCP guidelines and regulatory requirements.
