We are advertising on behalf of our client "Bright Beginnings Learning Centre" Location: GLENDENNING NSW 2761 Salary: $73,000~$75,000 + 11.5% Super Our Client, Bright Beginnings Learning Centre is looking for a Full Time Childcare Worker to join their team. Your duties might include by not limited to:

- Ensuring the children have valuable hygiene and changing diapers as necessary
- Cleaning interactive areas throughout the day
- Preparing meals and snacks for the kids
- Organizing activities and developing curriculum for older children
- Developing a schedule for the children to maintain throughout the day
- Keeping records of each child’s progress,



interests and any problems that may occur
- Maintaining contact with the children’s parents and contacting them in the case of an emergency

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Relevant Qualification
- Extensive skills, knowledge and experience in similar industry
- Current

First aid Certificate in an education and care setting

- Highly effective interpersonal, leadership and people management skills
- Demonstrate understanding of professional boundaries, privacy and confidentiality
