You will play a key role in delivering major transformation initiatives, including the implementation of our current Case Management System (CMS).

Key responsibilities

- Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, you will analyse business needs, improve processes, and help design solutions that enhance the way we work and deliver services.
- Equipped with your expertise, you will lead requirements gathering, facilitate workshops, document business processes, and provide expert advice on solution options, risks and impacts.
- Partnering with operational teams, digital specialists and external vendors, you will ensure solutions are practical, user-focused and aligned to organisational goals.

What you need

- you'll play a vital role in supporting WIC to help injured workers and employers overcome some of the most challenging times of their lives.
- Demonstrated experience as a Senior Business Analyst in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (government preferred).
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis (BPMN 2.0), business rules definition and BA documentation.
