Australian Unity is seeking a Health Concierge – Customer Support for its aged care customers in Sydney. In this full time hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 from home after probation), you will be the first point of contact, handling inbound calls with empathy and delivering accurate information across the care journey.

You'll document interactions in Genesys, Procura and other systems, resolve issues, and strive for First Call Resolution.
