Youwillhavetheopportunitytoworkacrossadiversepub-stylemenu,contributetospecialsandseasonaldishes,andplayanimportantroleinmaintainingsmoothkitchenoperations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepareanddeliverhigh-qualitymealsacrossavariedhospitalitymenu
- Executedailyspecialsandassistwithseasonalmenuofferings
- Maintainconsistentfoodquality,presentationandportionsizes
- Completefoodpreparationefficientlybeforeandduringservice
- Managekitchentaskseffectivelyduringbusytradingperiods
- Maintainhighstandardsofkitchencleanlinessandorganisation
- Followfoodsafety,hygieneandworkplacehealthandsafetystandards
- Assistwithstockmanagement,orderingandingredientpreparation
- Monitorfoodsuppliesandsupportefficientuseofkitchenresources
- Workcloselywithotherchefs,kitchenstaffandfront-of-houseemployees




- Contributepracticalideasformenudevelopmentandnewdishes
- Supportothermembersofthekitchenteamwhenrequired
- Helpmaintainanorganised,productiveandprofessionalkitchenenvironment

Requirements & Eligibility

- PreviousprofessionalexperienceasaChefinacommercialkitchen
- CertificateIIIinCommercialCookeryorarelevantequivalentqualification
- Strongunderstandingofprofessionalfoodpreparationandcookingmethods
- Knowledgeoffoodsafety,hygieneandworkplacehealthandsafetyprocedures
- Abilitytomaintainconsistentstandardsinafast-pacedkitchen
- Strongteamworkandcommunicationabilities
- Reliable,motivatedandprofessionalapproachtowork
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandtakeresponsibilityforkitchentasks
- Willingnesstoworkevenings,weekendsandpublicholidays
- Abilitytoworkeffectivelyaspartofabusyhospitalityteam
