What You Will Be Working On

You’ll support the day-to-day upkeep of the village, with maintenance forming the main part of your role and grounds work undertaken as required.

- General maintenance, minor repairs and routine upkeep
- Basic plumbing and building maintenance
- Grounds, mowing and gardening support, particularly during spring and summer
- Waste management and site cleanliness
- Logging and managing maintenance tasks using an online system

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful

You’re practical, reliable and comfortable working independently. You take pride in your work and approach tasks with a steady, organised mindset.

You’ll bring:

- Experience in general maintenance, property upkeep or a similar hands-on role
- Confidence using mowing and basic outdoor equipment
- Basic computer skills
- A current driver’s licence
- The ability to manage your workload and priorities
- A bus licence or equivalent would be desirable, but is not essential

If you’ve worked as a Maintenance Officer, Groundskeeper, Handyperson or Facilities Assistant, this role could be a great fit for your experience.
