About ButterBoy About the Opportunity The Ideal Candidate Must Have n

- Exceptional Customer Service: A natural ability to welcome customers and provide a top-notch service experience.
n
- 1 year+ barista experience in a speciality coffee workplace
n
- Exceptional latte art
n
- Experience with Single O coffee is a plus!
n
- Hospitality Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles within the hospitality industry.
n
- A positive,
resilient attitude with a strong work ethic and ability to stay calm under pressure.
n
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the store, ensuring a great environment for customers and staff.
n
- Communication Skills: Clear and friendly communication with both customers and team members.
n
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
n
- Comfortable using a POS system to process transactions efficiently and accurately.
n
