We are currently looking for an experienced Leading Hand to help our team in Parkhurst build our 500+ luxury villa resort.

About The Role

As an experienced Residential Carpentry Leading Hand, you'll bring good knowledge and vast experience in the fast-paced construction industry. You will be assisting with the back end of the builds and getting the villas squared off for handovers. Carpentry work is required most days but also the ability to be an allrounder leading hand.

A team leader who leads by example and keeps a collaborative and positive team working together to achieve the desired outcomes regarding the project timelines and quality throughout, whilst ensuring that all safety requirements are met.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role you will have:

- A trade in carpentry
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Residential construction experience
- General knowledge of the construction industry and environmental principles and relevant legislation/standards.
- Effective communication, time management and problem-solving skills
- Be reliable and trustworthy with the ability to work with little supervision and be able to work as part of a team




- Strong safety initiative
- Construction Induction white/blue card
- Current Australian Open Drivers Licence
- Be reliable and dedicated to the role
