As the payroll consultant you will deliver end to end, accurate, timely and compliant Payroll services for approximately 400 employees across four pay groups in two countries. Working with HRIS, Finance and the management team you will lead the function and play a critical role in improving processes. This role will suit a 'customer service' orientated person who is motivated to drive improved performance, who is curious and who enjoys looking for better ways of working as well as being willing to innovate and to implement change. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and will possess excellent communication skills. Previous experience with SAP and advanced Excel will be highly regarded.
