One Agency Goulburn is seeking a career minded person with a passion for Real Estate to join their vibrant team in Sales & Property Management.

Applicants can be experienced in this or a similar field and training will be provided to help you achieve your goals.

We're looking for someone who is passionate, goal oriented, committed to deliver exceptional customer service and some of the duties:

- Liaising with landlords and tenants
- Attending to routine and emergency property maintenance as required
- Assisting tenants to secure their new rental property
- Organising new and vacating tenancies.
- Compliance checks
- Data entry and maintenance of the property management software systems
- Sales and Rental property inspections and data support as required
- Assist with the listing and marketing of Sales and Rental properties





Skills and experience:

- Real Estate NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence or willing to study to obtain
- Current driver's licence
- Confidence to liaise with all parties in the property management and sales process
- The ability to prioritise work and meet multiple deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment, in providing support to other members of the team
- Effective and accurate data entry skills

The position is a full time or part time role.
