Staff enjoy working in a purpose-built setting featuring bay windows, garden views, and modern amenities including individually controlled air-conditioning. The home also features spacious communal lounge and dining areas, supporting a collaborative and comfortable workplace.

Your Role

n

As a Personal Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive resident experience in providing a person-centred approach to care. Working Casual, you will foster a collaborative approach in supporting our residents with all aspects of their daily needs and emotional wellbeing, essentially creating what we believe will enable older people to live their best lives.

n

Duties Include:

n

n
- Care and services are delivered in accordance with the agreed Care Plan.
n
- Personal care, including but not limited to: Personal hygiene, including bathing, dressing, grooming, oral and dental care and continence care.
n
- Mobility, including using aids and falls prevention.
n
- Eating and drinking, including awareness of special dietary requirements.
n
- Basic skin care including repositioning and application of skin creams.
n

You will bring:

n

n
- A Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or currently studying)-mandatory
n
- NDIS Worker Clearance–mandatory
n
- Experience in providing personal care in an aged care setting
n
- A passion for delivering a person-centred approach to care
n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
n
- An understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards
n
- Compassionate and Empathetic nature
n
