WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY BE DOING

You'll be responsible for making sure the housekeeping operation runs effectively and consistently.

n

This includes:

n

- Leading and motivating the housekeeping team.
n
- Setting daily priorities and keeping the team on track.
n
- Training, coaching and developing team members.
n
- Checking rooms and public areas to ensure standards are consistently met.
n
- Monitoring KPIs, productivity and guest feedback.
n
- Managing stock, supplies and equipment.
n
- Working with other departments to resolve issues quickly.
n
- Handling guest concerns professionally.
n
- Identifying better, smarter and more efficient ways of working.
n
- Maintaining accountability while creating a positive team environment.
n




- Stepping in when things get busy and leading by example.
