Junior Administration & Customer Service Assistant
Working alongside our office, sales and installation teams, you will support the busy Fyshwick office and showroom of a well-established, family-owned skylight business servicing Canberra and the surrounding region.
Key responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and customer enquiries
Booking appointments and installations
Scheduling jobs and managing calendars
Greeting and assisting customers in our showroom
Responding to emails and online enquiries
Following up customers and appointments
Data entry and maintaining customer records
Preparing basic correspondence and documentation
Supporting our sales and installation teams
General office and administration duties
About you
Has a friendly and positive personality
Enjoys talking to and helping customers
Is confident and professional on the phone
Is organised and has good attention to detail
Is reliable, punctual and motivated
Has good written and verbal communication skills
Is comfortable using computers
Is willing to learn new systems and processes
Can work well as part of a small team
Takes initiative and is happy to help wherever needed
