Ausgrid is seeking an L&D; Partner in Sydney to design and deliver learning experiences across in-person and digital formats. You’ll identify capability gaps, co-create solutions with leaders, and produce multimedia content that supports performance and safety.
You will work with SMEs to develop engaging eLearning, videos and digital resources, with a strong emphasis on up-to-date design and practical outcomes. This role offers a hybrid Sydney CBD arrangement and a focus on future-ready learning.
