Aboutthe role

We areseeking a full-time lawyer (3-5 PQE) to join our Real Estatepractice in Sydney, working with property partner Jennifer McCoskerand her team.

This is ahands-on role suited to a lawyer who is looking to build theirexperience in a busy, collaborative property practice with exposureto high-quality real estate and commercial leasingmatters.

As part of aglobal firm, our Real Estate practice services clients nationallyand internationally, drawing on the experience of our overseasoffices and the broader K&L; Gates network to support complexand commercially significant property matters.

Whatdoes the role involve?

- Workingclosely with Jennifer McCosker, other members of the team andother practice groups on a variety of real estate andcommercial leasing matters
- Assisting clients withtheir acquisitions and disposals of development sites and builtform assets
- Advisingon property developments, urban renewal projects and ongoingreal estate advisory matters
- Assisting clients withtheir investment and co-investment structuring
- Actingfor landlords and tenants on commercial and major leasingrequirements
- Actingon property aspects of renewable energy and infrastructureprojects




- Supporting other teamswithin the firm on the property aspects of their major projectsand transactions
- Supporting the team todeliver high-quality mid-level / junior lawyer support onongoing and upcoming client matters
- Contributing toknowledge and learning resources.
