TRUCK TECH is looking for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our growing Sunshine West team.

You'll be the link between our customers, technicians and workshop team — coordinating jobs, keeping customers updated and making sure everything keeps moving.

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Scheduling servicing and repair jobs
n
- Coordinating workshop workflow and priorities
n
- Keeping customers updated on job progress
n
- Managing quotes, approvals and invoicing
n
- Working closely with technicians and workshop leadership
n
- Maintaining accurate job and service records
n
- Helping solve problems and keep jobs moving
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Experience in Service Coordination, Service Advising or a similar role
n
- Automotive, heavy vehicle, transport or fleet experience highly regarded
n
- Strong organisation and communication skills
n
- Confident dealing with customers and technicians
n
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
n
- Good computer and system skills
n
