Job Description

The Miami Tavern on the Gold Coast is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a multi-department venue, delivering warm, authentic hospitality to locals and tourists alike. You will drive smooth dining, sports bar, gaming, and function operations with a high-energy team.

Applicants should have supervisory experience, a current RSA/RSG, RMLV and Approved Managers Licence, and a passion for solid guest experiences in a coastal venue setting.
