About the Opportunity:
We are looking for Production Chefs to join our team at Hawker Hall. This is an amazing opportunity to either start your culinary journey and learn from the best in the industry or to utilise your skills and experience. You will be a passionate and a highly energetic hospitality qualified. 9am-5pm shifts available.
Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated experience as a production chef advantageous
- Production knowledge essential
- Solid understanding of food safety standards
- Stock control and ordering experience
- Experience in banquets,
garde manger highly advantageous
- Strong work ethic and a “can do” attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Excellent communication
- Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, public holiday, early morning or late-night shifts
