Are you a safe, reliable and caring driver who enjoys supporting older people to stay connected with their community? Videri is seeking a Driver to provide safe and respectful transport for residents, while also supporting the upkeep, presentation and maintenance of our homes, vehicles and outdoor environments.

At Videri, we are Doing Dementia Differently. Our homes are built around dignity, connection, independence and meaningful daily living. In this role, you will help residents attend appointments, outings, shopping trips and community activities, while contributing to warm, safe and well-maintained environments.

This is a full time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing support across multiple homes within the cluster.

About the role

Safely transport residents to appointments, outings, shopping trips, social activities and community engagements.

Assist residents to enter and exit vehicles safely and comfortably, while maintaining dignity, privacy and respect.

Conduct routine vehicle checks and report maintenance, safety or operational concerns promptly.

Support the presentation and upkeep of homes, outdoor areas, garages, vehicles and communal spaces.

Complete basic cleaning,



gardening and maintenance activities as required.

Work collaboratively with Homemakers, leaders, contractors and service providers to create safe and welcoming environments.

What we’re looking for

Full Australian working rights and ability to obtain required employment checks, including NDIS Worker Screening.

A current Australian Full Driver Licence.

A safe, responsible and patient approach to driving and resident support.

Alignment with Videri’s values and a genuine interest in supporting older people and people living with dementia.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.

Basic computer skills and willingness to complete required documentation and training.

First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
